Koplon Implants & Family Dentistry is the best dental office in Leeds, AL in my opinion. Dr. Koplon and Dr. Andy are both very knowledgeable, thorough and professional. The hygienist and office staff are all very pleasant and efficient. The office is very welcoming and clean. I recommend this practice to anyone looking for a great dentist office.

I have been a patient of Dr. Koplin’s for over 15 years. I live in Georgia but drive to Alabama to see him, that speaks volumes. I had an emergency with no appointment, he and his staff did not hesitate to fit me in. I have severe dental anxiety, if you don’t have it, it is real. That’s the reason I drive 2 hours to see him. He, his son, who is also a dentist, and his staff always make sure that I stay calm and comfortable, I can’t say how much that means to me, they truly care a about their patients. I truly could not imagine ever having to switch dentists and have no plans to. They are competent and compassionate, and that makes a great combination. They feel like family to me!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Koplon for at least 3 years. And let me tell you the staff ,hygienists , and Dr's are the best. They are professional. Yet they keep the atmosphere light. They are always attentive and making sure you are ok or not in pain. Let me tell you I'm terrified of having work done! With this facility I'm not sure what I was scared of. They took more time than I expected to explain the procedures i needed to have done and why. They were very fast and effective with Insurance. My daughter had a dental emergency . We were unable to get into her pediatric dentist, I called frantically and they had me bring her right in. Overall an amazing experience everytime I have to go visit Koplon Implant & Family Dentistry.

This place is fantastic, everyone so friendly. I could not ask for better treatment, made feel like I was the most important person in the clinic. I will be telling anyone that I can how great this place is. I want ever go anywhere else. They fixed me a whole new set denture's and twice they had me in to adjust them, they also removed a pice of bone in lower gum that was causing me a lot of pain . Thanks to everyone there

Scott Koplon has been my dentist for 30 years and now his son Adam also does some of my work as well. You cannot find a better dentist and family to see! They are very amazing people and so is their entire team of ladies!

Im not a huge fan of dentists but wow Dr Koplon was amazing and one of the nicest people u could ever meet. He made sure i wasn't in pain during the entire process and was not selfish with the numbing stuff. Also the staff were all so so very nice. So if u don't like dentist offices like i don't then u should definitely go here to get your mouth worked on because they will make u feel comfortable the whole way through. Great place with great people. Thank you all very much..:)

Dr. Koplon throws in his creative grin and Francine, went over and beyond to make sure every detail was addressed.
I've been a patient of the Koplon family since relocating from Florida back in 2012. Being an African American I felt out of place and they sensed it. They made me feel so welcomed. They are the best.
Dr. Koplon and his staff were a pleasure to have my dental work done with today. They all went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable from beginning to end and I would recommend this practice to all of my family and friends!
I wanted to wait until I had visited Koplon a few times before leaving a review so here it goes: If you are looking for a kind, compassionate dentist who listens to your concerns, Dr. Koplon is the way to go. I can’t believe how friendly and caring every single staff member is there. I have pretty severe anxiety (I didn’t tell them this because I wanted to see how they would treat me normally) and I was met with kindness and warmth from the front desk all the way to the hygienist and Dr. Koplon himself. He didn’t rush out of the room after examining me but instead took the time to educate me on my treatment and even learn a little about me and my family. A few weeks later I went in for wisdom teeth extractions and that entire experience was amazing from start to finish. I have learned so much about my teeth and how to specifically care for them and I honestly look forward to my next visit. After 27 years of life, I finally like going to the dentist! Highly recommend this office!

Earlier this year I had an abscessed tooth. It was the worst pain I’ve been experienced. My dentist at the time couldn’t fit me in for a week- so I called Koplon Family Dentistry and they were able to get me in that day. To say they were caring and empathetic would be an understatement. Ultimately they scored a new patient- I never went back to my old dentist! Today I went in for a cleaning and was reminded just how personable and welcoming the staff are. Very appreciative of them! If you are looking for a new dentist, look no further.

Went to Koplon's today for a teeth cleaning! Ended up needing an extensive cleaning.. I was afraid but Mrs. Francine was the BEST!! She made sure I was comfortable the whole time! I highly recommend the Koplon team!!
Best dentist ever. Very friendly office staff and dental assistants. Everyone who works for Dr. Scott and Dr. Adam are super nice and very professional. They have a beautiful reception area that’s alway clean and sanitized. I have been going to Dr. Scott Koplon for over three years and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. I highly recommend Dr. Scott Koplon and Dr. Adam Koplon for any dental needs.
Wonderful, caring staff! Both, Dr Adam and Dr Scott are very personable. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and at ease. They helped me get rid of my fear and anxiety of going to the dentist. Would definitely recommend!

I see Jaiden, as my hygienist, and she is absolutely the best I have EVER had in a dental office. She is compassionate and cares about not only your oral health but also "you" and your wellbeing. Everyone at Koplon treats you like family ...the over-all thing I can say is "they" listen to what you are saying and work with you any way they can. I am TERRIFIED of dental instruments in my mouth…like IRRATIONALLY fearful. I was unable to have sedation, because of cost and the fact that I didn’t want to ask anyone to drive me to and from my appointment. I had not been to the dentist in over 10years, due to all of the above. I had to go, because I had an infection under an old filling, that was causing pain. I was given an antibiotic and an appointment for a cleaning, to be followed by an appointment for the needed root canal. I have panicked many days waiting for each appointment. My first follow up was a cleaning and full exam. I was excruciatingly nervous…but tried not to seem that way on the outside… I did verbalize my irrational fears, and from the first moment I was greeted, until I left, the hygienist cleaning my teeth was so very compassionate and gentle with me. Today, I went for my root canal and temporary bridge. I was up all night with anxiety awaiting this appointment. Dr. Koplon and his staff were incredible. I could feel my heart nearly beating out of my chest and although I tried my best not to panic, I could feel my body taking over the role…they had also given me headphones prior to starting to keep me distracted, and were very reassuring the entire time. Dr. Koplon gave me plenty of opportunities to ask questions, and was very responsive to my concerns. I’m over 40, and I’ve never had a good experience at the dentist…EVER. But Dr. Koplon’s office are 2-0 this season. ;) I feel like they might win the Super Bowl at this rate. I still have anxiety about upcoming appointments…I know it’s irrational…BUT I know and trust that they will take very good care of me while in their care.

If only they respected your time! Too much talking between the staff, too much talking about things unrelated to your appointment. Schedule means nothing to the doctors or staff. My mom is elderly and an hour wait is too much! Appointment at 4, its almost 5! Do these people not want to go home?

I don't where to start..These guys are the most Beautiful spirits. When I began my visits I was so scared and very insecure of my teeth,but with each visit from start to finish,they made me feel safe and cared for,if they only knew,I felt like I was visiting friends.The staff are very very patient and attentive, especially my Dee?,she always went the extra mile to make sure Every little thing was right and I was happy...I can go on and on but most of all...Dr.Adam is my comforting hero,he patiently took care of me and made me happy to smile again,for me,Koplon is .ore than dentistry...Thank You All??

Never ever going back. Sadly I feel like they do not care about their patients and only care about money. The doctor told me he knows what hes doing but yet made me leave with a broken tooth. Oh and let's not forget they cause more damage to the tooth because they was poking and pulling on it breaking the glue!!!! Then I'm being pressured into allowing them to take FOUR of my healthy teeth, NOTHING is wrong with them!!!! He wants to take 4 healthy teeth to put a crown on them which isn't needed just so they all match. Some of the front desk staff is very rude. Lost respect for them and my business!

Like other people going to the Dentist is not on my favorite things to do list. But going here has been a wonderful experience. The Staff are some of the most caring and reassuring people I have ever encountered...Dr. Koplon took quite a bit of time talking to me about my procedure and his goals for me more than I have ever seen, he even takes the time to stop and say Hi to everyone in the waiting room if he happens by. I highly recommend if you have any Dental needs please consider them, I recommend them so much I drive 2 hours just to use them myself..

I started as a new patient in April. I was greeted by smiling faces as I approached the counter, filled out paperwork and was called to the back in approx 5 minutes. Dr. Assistant came in first with a smiling face, then the doctor came in with a smiling face also. I thought to myself, everyone around here is happy. Well, believe it or not I am happy now. I called Koplon’s dental office on September 9th, 2021 and I was given an appointment for September 13, 2021. The office staff was very professional and moved swiftly to get me an appointment to come in. They immediately asked for my email address and my paperwork was completed. I had a wonderful experience with a very professional, knowledgeable hygienist, Francine Bonventre. She is such a great asset to Dr. Koplon’s dental’s office!

I don't like going to the dentist. But they kept me at ease and didn't rush. The experience was a little scary for me. But the dentist Dr. Koplon was great. He was patient and he asked me was I okay because we had the conversation that I was afraid of the dentist. His staff is wonderful and friendly. I need to have two more taken out. But I'm wait till I get the nerves to go back. I would highly recommend them if someone need a dentist.

This was my first visit to Koplon. I was seen at my exact appointment time. The hygienist, Kathy, who worked with me was very thorough and friendly. They listened to my concerns and checked everything. When Dr. S Koplon came in he was energetic, friendly, and actually made time to speak with me and get to know me a bit. The receptionist was efficient as well. Wonderful visit overall.

I walked into Koplon dentistry with extreme dental anxiety, the entire team,as well as Dr.Adam went incredibly above & beyond to accommodate my fears & restore a smile I have been ashamed of for years. I’ve never felt more welcomed & at ease as I have in their office. The change they have made on my daily life has already been astronomical & I look forward to continuing my dental care at this office!

My experience was great , not usually comfortable in the dentist chair as I’ve been in a few in my 61 years. I drive over an hour and will continue to do so for future dental care. I’ve had crown work , root canal, and dental implants. I was a little nervous at first about having implant without being put to sleep but I think it healed more quickly than other ones I’ve had. Quality of care at Koplon is outstanding.

The wait time was reasonably short and the clerks behind the counter was very personable, polite, and helpful. The dental hygienist was easy going and made me feel very comfortable while in the dentist chair. The cleaning was very thorough. Looking forward to the next visit when I will have a crown installed.

Dr Koplon did all my veneer work 15 years ago. He is the best dentist ever! He made sure my smile was just perfect and it was. He is doing more work on me now. I couldn’t recommend him enough.
