Please add topics for API Gateway regarding Requiring HTTPS for Communication Between Viewers and CloudFront (Viewer Protocal Policy / Origin Protocol Policy). (To be fair - I gave similar feedback for a cloud guru course) Looking at the official AWS sample questions, the course has potential gaps in API Gateway Web Sockets and AppSync. Api gateway (lambda proxy debugging with latency and integration latency in Cloudwatch metrics, invalidating cache) I can go on, but these are all very well explained in the course, nothing surprising in the exam. Helped me to closed a few tasks in my job and understand API Gateway better. Cognito, DynamoDB GSI and LSI, API Gateway, KMS encrypt/decrypt APIs. There were also new topics that I wasn't familiar about such as API Gateway timeouts even if Lamba function was executed and another one about turning API requests to arguments. I remember only 1 of missed questions now which is about namespaces of API Gateway i.e I asked to choose 1 options between CacheHitCount, CacheMissCount,IntegrationLatency,Latency. HTTP example is not provided for AWS api gateway. Just have one suggestion which I think is missing in this course - *How to integrate API Gateway with Lambda Function alias* Stephane, If you could add this section, it would be very helpful for everyone to understand real aspect of Lambda alias. you don't just need to know when and why you'd create a "stage" in API Gateway, but also how you'd use stage variables, when/why you'd setup a canary deployment, etc. API Gateway, DynamoDB, Kinesis, Elastic Bean stalk, CICD, S3 were the major players I have seen all over the place. Its all about Lambda/API Gateway/Security Keys/X-ray/Cloudformation/DynamoDB/Serverless/ Thank You Stephane for helping me pass the exam. I was not knowing any of the newer concepts like ECS, Fargate, API gateway etc, and this helped me to get up to speed with them. cloud guru The most important, the content is up-to-date, better than the Cloud Guru one on Udemy. I took both the a cloud guru course and this one, and this one by far had better content and organization! In comparison to A Cloud Guru, A Cloud Guru is more focused on the exam and the basic stuff you need to know to get the questions right. I initially wanted to give this course a 5 star rating because it covers every necessary topic in depth, even better and more in depth than the equivalent course by A Cloud Guru. But compared with another lecture from Cloud Guru, Stephane's is better. By the way, the actual test was little bit harder than the practice test by Stephane and slightly easier than what Jon Bonso - Tutorials Dojo's practice tests cover. Finished the course and the practice tests by Stephan as well as Jon Bonso's practice tests. Apart from this course, i have done the practice exams from Jon Bonso as well. I used this course along with Jon Bonso's practice tests to study and highly recommend both of them. I took practice test course from Jon Bonso. I got almost 7 to 8 questions exactly same in my exam as in Jon Bonso's practice exams. Took 2 out 4 practice tests from Jon Bonso and failed both.
